Post pandemic the rise in homeschooling is here to stay. In 2019, there were 2.5 million students homeschooled. According to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Household Pulse Survey by the close of the 2022-2023 school year that number has grown to 3.62 million. The top reasons parents are choosing homeschooling are concerns about academic quality, flexibility in education, and family time.

But where do homeschool families go when they are seeking enrichment, challenging coursework that may be outside a parent’s scope of knowledge and/or community?
