The Outwin at the Kemper Art Museum

The Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum is currently hosting an exhibition organized by the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery entitled The Outwin. Out of 26,000 entries, these 46 works on view are the finalists in the triennial Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition.
The exhibition showcases a wide variety of media and subjects, while focusing on important modern topics including immigration, racial equity, and LGBTQ+ rights.
The Kemper Art Museum is the final stop on this exhibit’s tour, so art lovers from around the country only have until January 23, 2022 to see this collection in person. For more information please visit www.kemperartmuseum.wustl.edu.
