Discussing Ferguson, November 2014

The student-produced Ladue View is up first. Students recently submitted this month’s show to a national contest for the National Scholastic Press Association. The program placed 4th in the Best of Show category. Among the stories in the show, Ladue students reported from the funeral for Michael Brown, and the National Scholastic Broadcast Story of the Year, “iPads for All.”

The second part of the show features our district communications program Ladue Schools Today. Three Ladue specialists discuss the events in Ferguson, and how educators can find teachable moments with students when their community is in crisis.
